Marinita & Eugen Sedko - Galilee

There is a concert of Sephardic, Argentine, Azeri and Crimean Tatar music as well as original compositions.
This project brings together musicians who each represent several cultural traditions. They blend folk music with classical and jazz, weaving together ancient and contemporary sounds. Listening to their concert is like traveling through space and time. The musicians have performed at numerous international festivals in the USA, Israel, many European countries, and on various diplomatic stages
around the world.
Marinita (Marina Zakharova) is a Ukrainian singer, pianist, and composer; she masterfully combines vocal and piano technique, showcasing a colorful ethnic singing style enriched with refined oriental melismatics.
Eugen Sedko is a flamenco-style guitarist and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, mandolin, percussion), author of numerous compositions and arrangements of world folk music, and a participant in various ethnic music projects.
